Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations; earlier notice is appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
APPOINTMENT TIMING
A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Thank you for respecting the time reserved especially for you.
